Upgrade Trial Accounts

If your Service Provider account is a Production account, you can upgrade Trial or Unknown tenant accounts to production accounts.

1. Click Main Menu > Service Provider > Tenants. The Tenants List page opens.
2. Click next to the account you want to modify. The Entitlements Details page opens.
3. Select Production from the Contract Mode list.
4. Click Save.
