Promote Tenant Account to a Service Provider

Promote Standard tenants to Standard Service Provider tenants to grant the Standard tenant the capabilities of a Standard Service Provider tenant. Only Standard Service Provider accounts can promote Standard Tenants to Standard Service Provider tenants

1. Select Main Menu > Service Provider > Tenants. The Tenants List page opens.
2. Click next to the account you want to promote.
3. Select Promote to Service Provider . The Promote to Service Provider dialog box opens.
4. Enter the User ID of a Super Administrator user of the Service Provider tenant.
5. Click Promote.
6. The Tenant account is promoted. A Flag opens next to the account host name to indicate that the account has become a Service Provider Tenant Account.
