Modify Tenant Accounts and Entitlements

Account entitlements determine the number credentials allowed on a Service Provider account. To complete this procedure, you must have a role that allows you to modify entitlements. Refer to Manage Service Provider Roles for more information.

  1. Click Main Menu > Service Provider > Tenants. The Tenants List page opens.
  2. Click next to the account you want to modify. The Entitlement dialog box opens.
  3. Modify the following, as required:
    • Contract Information
    • Account StatusNote: The end date cannot be later than the Service Provider account contract end date.
  4. (Optional) Enable IIDaaS Ribbon by selecting the tenant's purchased cloud bundle tier from the Adaptive Issuance Cloud Bundles drop down menu, and then click the Enable IIDaaS Ribbon check box. Note: If an MSP decides that their tenant no longer needs the IIDaaS Ribbon enabled, un-check the Enable IIDaaS Ribbon check box.
  5. Click Save to confirm the changes.
