Send Mobile Flash Pass Email to All Enrollment Records

After enrolling an applicant using an enrollment with Mobile Flash Pass enabled, Instant ID as a service sends an email to the applicant that contains a link to retrieve their mobile flash pass. Send the Mobile Flash Pass email to all enrollment records with an email address from the Search Enrollment page.

  1. Select Main Menu Main Menu> Credentials. The Credentials page opens.
  2. Click Select All to select all enrollment records.
  3. Click Send Mobile Flash PassSend Mobile Flash Pass. The Send Mobile Flash Pass dialog box opens.
  4. Click Send. Instant ID as a service sends the mobile flash pass email all the applicants.

Note: Expect long delays when sending a Mobile Flash Pass to large sets of enrollment records.

Note: Enrollments cannot be deleted during Mobile Flash Pass bulk revoke or send operations.
