Export Enrollment Records

Instant ID as a service includes options to export enrollment records of any credential design to a ZIP archive. The archive includes a CSV file of the exported records, folders containing photographs and signature images, and a log file showing the number of successful and failed record exports, with a list of any failed records and the values of the fields within them.

Note: Only users with administrative privileges can export enrollment records.

Follow this process to export enrollments of a credential design to Instant ID as a service:

  1. Select Main Menu Main Menu > Credentials. The Credentials page opens.
  2. Click SearchSearch in the area for a credential. The Search Enrollment page opens and lists all of the enrollments for the credential.
    1. (Optional) Click Filter Search ![](/img/issuanceHelp/issuance/filter search.png) to limit search results to enrollments matching the criteria values.
  3. Click the Export Enrollment Records ![](/img/issuanceHelp/issuance/export enrollments icon.png) icon. The Export Enrollment Records dialog box appears.
  4. Enter a Name for the exported archive.
  5. Enter a Description for the exported archive.
  6. Choose a file delimiter (Comma (,) or Pipe (|)) for the data in the CSV export.
  7. Click the Include check box beside each entry listed in the Field column to include the fields' values for each record in the CSV export.
    1. Select an option from the drop-down menus in the Image Name column to choose which field's values Instant ID as a service will use to name the image files of Photo Fields and Signature Fields in the exported ZIP archive.
  8. (Optional) De-select the check box beside Apply Search Filter (selected by default) to export all records without restricting the exported data to records matching the value entered in Step 2.a., above.
  9. Click Export![](/img/issuanceHelp/issuance/export button.png).

The Export task appears in the Instant ID as a service Reports page. When complete, the archive becomes available to download for the administrator who initiated it.
