Add Fleet Management Alerts

To add a new fleet management alert:

1. Click the Add  button. The Add Alert page displays.

2. Complete the identifier fields:

   • Name: Enter an identifier for the alert.
   • Description: Enter a detailed description of the alert.

3. Complete the Message Configuration fields:

   • Recipients: Enter the email addresses to be included in the alert message. Email addresses must be separated by semicolons. A maximum of 50 email addresses can be added.
   • Subject: Enter the subject line of the alert email.

4. Complete the Alert Frequency fields:

   • Start: Select a start date for the alerts.

   • At: Select a start time for the alerts.

   • Frequency: : Select how often the alert notifications will be sent while the condition exists. The minimum frequency is 8 hours, and the maximum is 750 hours (approximately one month). There is no rate-limiting per day per alert.

     Alert Email Notification Format

     Alert emails include a structured summary table in CSV format. This file provides detailed information about the triggered alert and the affected printers.
     Below are the column names and their descriptions:

5. Complete the Alert Conditions fields:

   • Combine Conditions Using: Select a logical operator to combine multiple conditions. Only "AND" and "OR" operators are available.
   • Parameter: Select the parameter for the alert.Each parameter can only be used once per alert condition.
   • Operator: Select the operator (e.g., greater than, less than) for the condition.
   • Value: Enter the value at which the condition should trigger the alert.
   • Click ADD to add another parameter, operator, and value.
   • Click DELETE to remove to remove a condition row..

6. Click ADD to add the new alert. Click CANCEL to exit without saving the alert.
